All about me!

Hi My name is Ashley Erin Van Tassel and I am one years old. Right now me and my mommy are staying with my Grandma and Grandpa in Nova Scotia. We're staying there for six months while my daddy is away. He is in the Army and they sent him to Bosnia. I miss him lots, but mommy put a pitcure of my daddy by my crib so I can kiss him good night before I go to bed.

My Favorite Things are:

Anything that plays music, my little Elmo, and Patches, my Grandma's kitty!

My Favorite Foods are:

Ice cream, yougat, and Cheerios!

CURRENT EVENTS

I just gotanother tooth on the bottom of my mouth , so now that makes seven. I also have just taken my first steps! I can't run all over the place yet, but it won't be long now.! The other day I learned how to climb into the big people's chairs. My mommy doesn't like that because she's afraid I'll fall down and hurt myself. I've fallen once, but I was okay.

I just celebrated my first birthday last week.! We had a party with cake and presents. It was fun. But best of all, my daddy was home, and was able to be there for my party. He was on leave from Bosnia.
